Nice hotel, not far from downtown and the train station. Just 2min from subway. And not on a main street so the night with open window was quiet. The staff was really friendly, providing a large breakfast with anything you can think of.

A single room of around 7 square metres, with a shared shower and toilet for almost 100 euros is pretty cheeky in my opinion. But then everything else should be fine. But unfortunately that's not the case. A bed with a mattress on a board rather than a slatted frame, a TV with a whopping 8 channels, a receiver simply sitting on top and connected by a bizarre cable setup, and a metal locker as a closet didn't impress me. I also didn't find the ubiquitous no-smoking sticker with the threat of a 40-euro fine particularly appealing. I found the mouse that scurried past me at the reception desk very cute. Unfortunately, the staff don't speak German very well, which doesn't make communication any easier. In conclusion, all I can say is: Not again!!!

Since both check-in and check-out were done via phone calls, it was a bit inconvenient for travelers who only use Wi-Fi. However, the accommodation was quiet and warm, so there was no inconvenience in staying there.

Sehr nette Pension mit zuverlässigen Service und herzlicher Atmosphäre. Tolles Frühstück, perfekt abgestimmt und frisch zubereitet.
Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort, unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
