Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! Our stay was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The room was filthy, and the overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. The service was rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was not only disgusting but also outrageously overpriced. To make matters worse, our room had a clogged drain, which made the whole space smell awful. We couldn’t even use the toilet properly. When we reported the issue, the staff’s only response was that “maybe” it could be fixed the next day. No urgency, no apology, no compensation whatsoever. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would never come back and strongly advise others to stay far away.

Achtung: Sicherheitsbedenken im Hotelzimmer Ich habe mit meiner Familie vom 25. bis 28. Juli im Amber Econtel Hotel München übernachtet. Am 27. Juli bemerkten wir den Verlust von 1000 Euro aus meiner Handtasche, während wir beim Frühstück waren. Leider gibt es auf dem 2. Stockwerk keine Videoüberwachung, was die Klärung der Situation erschwert hat. Die Hotelleitung hat uns nicht weitergeholfen. Wir haben eine Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet aber haben noch keine Antwort bekommen. Wir empfehlen künftigen Gästen, vorsichtig zu sein und ihre Wertsachen nicht im Zimmer zu lassen. Unsere Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass das Geld nicht mal hinter einem verschlossenen Tür sicher ist.

Pessimo hotel, personale scortese. siamo stati derubati svariate volte in quattro giorni, non c’è stata collaborazione da parte del personale dell’hotel. Di conseguenza ci hanno accusato del fatto che non dovevamo lasciare oggetti di valore in camera. La colazione è scarsa. Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. Inoltre giravano persone ambigue.
