I have been to Batu many times. This time I was a little uncomfortable. There is no front desk service. I only found out that I had to register online when I arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, the staff of Ctrip called to remind me. After repeated contact with the hotel, I finally advanced to the room. The next day, the hotel staff Come back to register in person. For those of us in our 60s, it is very troublesome to register foreign languages online. Fortunately, it was finally done. Thank you Ctrip for the excellent service 👍

At one point, I was locked out of my hotel room for an hour. During that time, I received support from someone on the phone who spoke very little English. This person did not fully understand my requests and kept trying to convince me that I could enter the room when, in fact, I could not. It was incredibly frustrating and humiliating, especially since I needed to use the bathroom.
The hotel didn’t have any on-site staff, and everything was operated remotely via phone. Eventually, I was able to get into my room, but I wasn't confident that this situation wouldn’t happen again during my stay. Fortunately, I was able to stay until the end of my trip, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

We were surprised with the size of our room. It was very spacious and sparkling clean. The room had a kitchenette. We didn't hear much noise at night which allowed us to have a great night of sleep. The bed was very comfortable. We met Mr Gokhan Akca ( who I think is the owner or manager) in the laundry room where he helped us to get the washer machine started and offered his help during our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel

Great location to explore Munich and Bavaria
Great location adjacent to the central train station making it easy to take day trips outside of the city. Walking distance to most of the major sites and museums. Kitchenette was well stocked. The room was very clean. The building was safe and had an elevator. Only drawback I can think of is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable if you prefer a firmer mattress.

Bauma 2022
Very close to Central train station, but the aircon remote control was gone, and there was a bad smell from the drainage in the shower. very expensive during Bauma.
