Habe an einem sonnigen Samstagnachmittag ohne Reservierung die wunderschöne Rooftop Bar besucht und wurde sehr unliebevoll an der Bar platziert. Ich liebe es an der Bar zu sitzen, drum geht es nicht. Allerdings fühle ich mich dabei auch gerne willkommen. Location 12/10, Service leider max 3/10. Der Service des super jungen Bar-Teams (leider wanna be professional) hat definitiv Schulungsbedarf für solch eine Adresse. Motto „Kunde droht mit Auftrag“, extrem unaufmerksam, tlw genervt und überfordert war mein persönlicher Eindruck. Das geht durchaus professioneller und liebevoller ❤️ Macht was daraus wäre meine Bitte 🙏

Worst experience ever. There are many fine hotels and resorts to choose from and this is one I would steer clear of. They actually send an email the night before your arrival date suggesting you pay for an additional night so you do not have to wait for your room-classless. I wanted to switch hotels because I thought the room I booked was misrepresented and I wanted to switch hotels and the manager suggested he would charge me for my full stay. His next suggestion was I pay 1k more per night and upgrade my room. The hotels was mediocre, the front desk staff was very unwelcoming and I have been to Munich 20 plus times and never experienced a rude reception upon arrival. I will never go back!!! Also, the Mandarin in Madrid is equally as bad-Go 4 Seasons in Madrid by all means!!!!

Ein sehr gelungener und angenehmer Aufenthalt geprägt von positiven Erlebnissen. Schon beim Check-In merkte man die Professionalität und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Besonders möchte ich Nazan hervorheben, die uns sehr gut begleitet hat. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer der Standard-Kategorie gebucht. Aber es war alles andere als Standard es war herausragend. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt liegt, war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. In der Lounge haben wir unseren Afternoon-Tea genossen. Hier hat uns Julien sehr gut betreut. Auch für mich als Veganer gab es einen köstlichen Brownie zum Tee. Abends habe wir nach dem Essen einen Drink in der Rooftop Bar getrunken. Auch hier war der Service sensationell. Der Ausblick auf München ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Krönung war das Frühstück. Auch hier setzte sich der hohe Standard und die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft fort. Der Mitarbeiter Louis hat mich zum Buffet begleitet und ist mit mir alle veganen Optionen durchgegangen. Zusätzlich wurden mir noch meine Wünsche nach frischen Beeren und Walnüssen erfüllt. Louis versprach mir, dass meine Sonderwünsche in meinem Profil nun vermerkt sind und alles bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt bereit stehen würde.
