Hotel in zona un po' defilata a 1 km dal centro, 15 minuti circa a piedi, ma il percorso migliore è tra una via molto trafficata nn il massimo da fare specialmente la.sera.Le camere sn confortevoli anche senza aria condizionata ma si sta bene ugualmente, personale molto cordiale e disponibile a dare utili indicazioni anche in italiano, nn cosa trascurabile visto che in Europa ci snobbano tt agli italiani e poco propensi a dare informazioni, il parcheggio sottostante l hotel è molto comodo anche se vi si accede con ascensore auto, fino a 5 MT e largo più di 2 metri ottimo

The hotel is close to the train station and other public transportation. The room was suitable for three people (queen and single). The hotel was clean and safe. The breakfast options are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was really clean! The location is also good, right next to the Theresienwiesen meadows and a 15-minute walk into town. The staff was very friendly. The underground parking garage isn't suitable for large cars; we had a Passat, so it was a tight squeeze! Overall, great, but the room was VERY warm; it was hard to get the heat out, and it was very bright, with no blackout curtains or anything like that.

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are quiet although the hotel is on a busy street. No aircon, though, which in my case does not matter. The WC has a bathtub, which some may love and some not. The hotel is close to the city centre with good public transport close by, as well as many eating places.

Well located hotel but unfortunately very noisy. Incredibly expensive because of IFAT fair being held the same week. Close to Central Station, people there are sympathetic but any guest movement in corridors during the night awoke me. I will not go there any longer.

The hotel as conveniently located not far from the train station or Marienplatz. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Our room was small for four people. The bathroom was awkward with a very small shower and not enough shelves or towel racks for four people. It would have been fine for two. The room also did not have very good ventilation or air conditioning. It was hot when we were there and the room was very stuffy.
