The hotel was easy to find, staff was friendly during check-in. There was construction going on so at times noises couldn't be avoided. The room space is spacious for two was everything available for use. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest. Will return :)

The hotel is 5 min walking from the train station, so it’s perfect if you arrive by train. The staff was really welcoming and the hotel seemed to be renovated recently. It was a great stay.

Lovely lobby and rooms were well appointed and value for money in Munich. Very close to the main train station. However nearby shops were a bit rough looking which makes it not advisable for late evening walking especially with young children at night.

The service staff at the hotel counter are very friendly and can answer your questions in a timely manner! The space in the room is just right for a business trip. It also provides free water and capsule coffee machine, which is very nice. I will come back next time I am on a business trip!

Right next to the station, the transportation is very convenient. Unlike in China, it is relatively quiet. The room is very clean and sanitary. Drinking water is also provided. The waiter is very friendly. The subway is just around the corner. There is a big supermarket downstairs. I highly recommend it. The bed is also very big.

The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station and with good access to tourist sites. The room had all the basic necessities and I slept comfortably. The reception staff were very polite and they also kept my suitcase for free.

It's close to the station and I was impressed with the customer service attitude of the staff. I'd like to use it again.

It was reasonable for the price. It was a shame that it was a little cold. It was a bit disappointing that the heater was broken or not. The rest was clean and everything was good. The reception was friendly, and it was close to the station so it was easy to move around. However, because it is near the central station, it can be dangerous if you go too late at night because there are a lot of beggars, but since it is central station, there are a lot of people, so it is okay if you go in a well-lit place.

Above all, the location is outstanding. It's great that it's just a few minutes walk to Munich Central Station. Although it was clean overall, I was concerned about the dirt in the details. I might stay here again if I have to take a train or bus from Central Station early in the morning.
