Hotel is easy to reach via tram line (3 min walk to the station). Also within 10 minutes of walking, there are 2 different metro entrances as well. There is a McDonald’s and a supermarket nearby. 2 hard discount market within 8 minutes of walking (penny and Netto).
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning is a huge plus for the summer months

Staff were very rude and not understanding. No clear signage on coffee machines which then lead to a disagreement. The staff then blocked my room key over a charge of 3,5 euro and caused me embarrassment. Totally unprofessional. The hotel is clean but I now have a totally uncomfortable situation to stay here at all. Very disappointed.

Well located Very clean Friendly, courteous staff A very simple room, no closet, just a coat rack, TV, a tiny bathroom - unfortunately only 1 small towel per person - but shampoo, soap... everything was there. We had a 3-bed room, which was definitely too small for 3 adults. Not cheap, but we would come again

We stayed one night in this hotel, for a stopover on the road to the holidays, and we enjoyed it. The establishment is easy to access, the staff is friendly, the parking is 14 euros per night. The rooms are in line with an Ibis, the bathroom is clean and functional. We had rooms 301 and 303 and the price is reasonable, only the price of breakfast can be surprising even if the offer of the latter is rather complete. I recommend this address!

Very good and comfortable hotel. It is 10 minutes by metro from Munich. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is buffet style and very varied. It has a luggage storage service as well as information material for getting around Munich by public transport and activities to do.
