The concept and design are really appealing and modern, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, even a year after opening, there seems to be a lack of communication between the cleaning service and the caretaker and/or a lack of necessary maintenance investments: The rain shower head was mounted so high that it was out of reach for the cleaning staff. It was obviously covered in limescale and only a thin trickle came out. Fortunately, the well-cleaned, adjustable hand shower was still there, so it was okay for me. I also noticed two other guests moving due to defects. What is unpleasant, however, is that missing cutlery and dishes in the kitchenette had not been replaced. There was a single teaspoon, a coffee cup, two espresso cups, etc. This has also been mentioned in other online reviews. I hope this won't be a permanent problem... The underground car park is only suitable for experienced drivers as it is too narrow. But it does have several parking spaces with electric charging stations - great! The hotel is dog-friendly. My apartment was large enough for two people and a medium-sized dog; the room was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. I immediately felt at home. The dishwasher is great. Why the TV reception stopped working after one day remains a mystery! The aforementioned issues can be quickly resolved. If that's the case, I'd be happy to come back.

Die Idee eines Hotels ohne Rezeption klingt modern aber es klappt nicht mit der Ausführung, keine Fernbedienung, kein TV und um Warmwasser laufen zu lassen braucht man ein Studium. Das Personal am Telefon war nett, aber um so ein Hotel gut zu führen muss man von den Asiaten lernen

Wir übernachteten hier zweimal und waren begeistert von dem großartigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Große Zimmer mit Sitzecke, Bad (geräumige Dusche) und Küche, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück für 12 Euro, keine allzu große, aber auf alle Fälle ausreichende Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Sauberkeit top, es war auch sehr ruhig (kein Lärm von draußen und drinnen) . Wir konnten daher wunderbar schlafen und hatten pro Person 2 große Kissen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Umgebung (Gewerbegebiet) ist sicher nicht ganz so prickelnd, aber das war bei dem allgemein tollen Eindruck nebensächlich. Tiefgarage (18 € pro Tag) gibt es auch, aber man findet auch außerhalb Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel mit der S-Bahn führte an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei. Das hat mir gut gefallen.
