The stay was comfortable and all the necessities were present. There was hot water, the room and toilet were clean, and the air conditioner functioned well. The room service was reasonably quick. Check in and check out was smooth, and hotel staff were friendly.

The hotel is located on a busy street however they do have their own little parking. The service however is a little disturbing as they keep disturbing u to check you're gonna check out or not and to remind u of breakfast .. also they won't allow any deliveries which was really disappointing. The rooms are in immaculate condition. Super clean.. good amenities..just some policies need working on..4/5

The hotel has decent rooms but the location of the hotel is slightly secluded. Also, the restaurant option is very limited and all the facilities in the hotel even as basic is swimming pool is chargeable. Breakfast buffet is very average with limited options. Also the entire breakfast is vegetarian with no options of eggs. Also, in terms of live counters only uttapam was available. Good thing is that its completely a non smoking property.

The room is really spacious, the bed is quite large and there is ample space for luggage. The cleanliness was also good but beware the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to stand for even a single person!
i really wish they had thought about it earlier but it's a total compromise if you have to stay there. The lobby wasn't clean and despite having told them for an early check in we were allotted the room only after waiting for about 2 hours. The room service was pretty good.

Good location rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Only feedback i would have is considering they get a lot of international and local travelers, they didn’t have a weigh scale to weigh my luggage before i left for the airport. I suggest the hotel management look into it, i do a lot of local and international travel, and this is the first hotel where the front desk didn’t have a weigh scale. I’ve stayed this property multiple times over the past few years. There are some rooms that are a little dated with poor drainage/ plumbing issues in the shower, but there are other rooms that were in good shape. One of the rooms i stayed on the previous trip, though there was a no smoking sign the previous guest had smoked and it was obvious hide the smoke. The hotel staff gone a little heavy handed on the naphthalene balls, which made the situation even worse.

GGuest UserDecent stay with good food and clean room. Stayed in single room. Well connected to railway station and market. Would recommend for travellers however price is too high for the kind of room. Would prefer it in future if prices are more affordable less than 4k

GGuest UserExcellent amenities and well maintained infrastructure. The only issue i faced was that the wifi password was not promptly provided and i had make repeated requests to attain the same. Very decent staff and food is great as well. Definitely recommend.

GGuest UserHygiene was well maintained and facilities were good but room and washroom was extremely small, ceiling was very low. However it was close to the location where i wanted to reach, so it is fine.
