I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.

I was upset at beginning with so many complains but they were very quick to resolve everything. I am impressed with their quick response. Kudos to the team. I had written a long review of all problems I had faced but their team was very quick on fixing everything and calling to apologize for the experience. I am happy to see such a turnover and making it a wonderful stay for their guest

Good breakfast, many types, convenient transportation nearby, rooms are clean and tidy

Everything about this slightly dated business hotel is great for short stay business trips. i would not recommend families stay here are the facilities is not suitable. for single users on a short stay, this hotel is sufficient.

We stayed at the hotel as transit guests, and its close proximity to the airport made our travel experience very convenient. Reaching the hotel was quick and easy, which gave us more time to enjoy our brief stay. Despite having a limited amount of time, we were able to do some shopping and explore the area, thanks to its accessible location. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, accommodating all our requests promptly and professionally. Their support made our short stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and we'd recommend the hotel for transit travelers.

A good decent hotel at powai. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and fixtures are good. The lighting arrangement is bright. Bathroom fittings are above average which need significant improvements. Room cleanliness and freshness required. Attractive outside view from room window. Morning buffet breakfast need more variety and space is not sufficient to accommodate enough guest. Staffs are well behaved and good at timely service with smile. I would visit again.

The rooms are a bit small but overall good experience. Good room service and decent food choices with a good location.

First of all, I liked the idea. This place is themed like an actual aero plane. The corridors looks nice with those windows. TI had but a few hours between my connection flights and I had nothing to do.I had heard of Qubestay from a friend and wanted to see what it offers. I liked the concept. At the price point I got this room for, No amount of negativities I can ***age to pull up will do justice.I had a good time all in all What I liked - I was pleasantly surprised to see a water purifier at this place. I also loved the receptionist who was on duty that day. She spoke very good English ( My Hindi is rather limited ) and was also quite friendly. She wore no name badges and hence cannot identify her name. What I disliked - I had checked in at 1900 LT. My Flight was for 0500 LT next day. My idea was to get some sleep. Sadly that is one thing that I did not ***age to. The bed was quite comfortable and AC was working. But what spoiled my sleep was chatter of others in the room that went upto 0030 LT. I do understand this may be out of hands of ***agement, but I am sure, Like no smoking policy, you can easily make a lights down-pipes out policy in place. This would ensure that someone like me can get some shut eye. Those who like to continue conversing can use TV Room or similar spaces. Another issue is that, there are only three hooks in the shower room for hanging clothes. With the size of the shower room, water will fall on them. I am sure a few more hooks can be provided and will not cost a fortune.

Services and amenities were very good. All staff are honest and polite. It is a nice and cozy place. Great for a nights stay. Parking is available. Room and bathroom cleanliness is good. Everything is perfect and I had a pleasant stay. Going to visit again at this place.
