I had the opportunity to visit Mumbai for the 1st time after Covid 19. I chose to stay at the Ariana Residency in Andheri West opposite the Landmark Apna Bazar. This is a brand new establishment owned by a well respected and highly experience hotelier Jafar Bhai who when you see him will never believe that he is the owner. such a modest *** I have yet to come acrorss as a world traveller. the rooms are flawless with every amenity that you can think of is provided. The staff including the front end are such courteous, warm and go out of the way to make the customers stay a lifetime experience. You have to stay to witness for yourself the 7star hospitality at a very reasonable price. Try them once and you will never ever go to any other hotel for your stays in mumbai and also recommend them to friends and family.

I hate the wifi! Only 1 per device! Then my stay no wifi at all! Limited options for breakfast. I hate my stay because of the wifi!!!! The swimming pool. Dirty because of the birds.
I recently stayed at Hotel Park View in Andheri West, Mumbai. While the location and accessibility were good, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room was small and had outdated furniture that was dusty and not well-maintained. The bedspread and curtains were also unclean, which did not meet the standard I expected from a 3-star business hotel. The breakfast was provided in an unhygienic dining area where bees were buzzing around. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I was surprised to see the room service staff using old and outdated cleaning materials, including a broomstick that seemed past its prime. Given these issues, I found the price of INR 11,950 for a 2-night stay to be quite steep. Overall, my experience at Hotel Park View was just okay, with room for improvement in various areas.
I would now prefer to stay here for my rest of the music recording works. It was value for money close to most of the Studios and served my purpose. I liked the Cozy and friendly environment, welcoming staff with helping attitude. You will find colorful drawings on wall which are soothing to eyes and make you feel at home. It's a kind of Backpackers lodge but better to say a Home to stay with all communities nearby. I was missing morning tea but I was told there is full fledged kitchen and I can cook as needed, so next time will bring my cooking stuffs. And off co**** you have to pay to get a Towel as well. Rooms were neat and tidy though residents should be helpful enough to make the Bathroom clean. There is a dinning area on roof top with another cooking platform. So friends can arrange a barbecue party I guess. For me whatever I needed it was ***ageable economically and I can say a home out of your home in a Metro like Mumbai.
We checked into the hotel at 5.00am after a long flight from the United Kingdom. We were due to catch a domestic flight at 5.00pm therefore we needed a hotel that was close to BOM airport. The journey took approximately 10 minutes therefore this was great for us. On arrival, check in was smooth - we asked the receptionist if we could have a late checkout and he confirmed that we could at 3.00pm. Again, great for us as we were due to head to the domestic terminal around that time. The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was slightly small but again, for us it was all we needed for a short stay. The only issue we experienced was at 12.30pm, we were awoken by reception who said we needed to leave the room at 1.00pm. I explained that the gentle*** on checkin said 3.00pm but we were not listened to. In the end, he agreed 1.30pm so we had to rush to get our bags packed and get ready to leave - not ideal as clearly a lack of communication from night staff to day staff. I would stay here again if I was to catch a flight the same or the next day but the hiccup with the late check out means that I couldn’t give the hotel the full 5 stars.
I was booked on club class 11 pm bus from Shivamogga to Bangalore. No 9202. Near the turn under tgd Arasikere bridge an aggressive goods lorry driver came too close and hit the mirror. Now the driver was stranded with a bus load of passengers. He expertly without loosing his cool, managed to call other bus drivers who were on the route and aranged for passengers to move to the other buses! Shold i say my respect for State run KSRTC has increased multifold! Yes it was a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night but I experienced compassion and humility by the drivers and their seemless coordibation!! Well done drivers!! KSRTC hope you are listening and will not penalise the driver for no fault of his!! 2:37 am 25-5-22

Location: hotel horizon inn is situated off main roads. Auto rickshaw is easily available there. The property is situated at one end of the start of the slum areas. Facade: it requires complete renovation. It doesn't seem nice to your eyes. Rooms: the room and washroom were clean but they were too small. You would find all the required amenities for your pretty short stay. Food/ breakfast: i wouldn't recommend anyone to go with the inclusion of breakfast as there will always be 2 options - bread butter and poha or bread butter and up-ma with unflavored tea, like without ginger or elaichi, etc. Got a rude reply from one of the staff upon asking why they can't add ginger, he mentioned the market opens up at 10 am so they don't have ginger. The one i had ordered was given to some other guests. Do not opt for breakfast, it will save your money. Since the property and rooms are small there isn't any sort of room service. However, whatever you order you would get it in the room. Overall, in my opinion this property is good only if you have to stay for a night. Not recommended for business leisure travellers. This is only for staggers who have some day work and have to get back the following morning. It was an average stay. You can opt for this if no other property in mumbai is available. Room photo

GGuest UserEach and every staff member of the hotel was helpful especially the housekeeping team. Overall experience is good. Just a small suggestion to look after the cleaning part of the hotel especially the staircases and outside area of the hotel.
