Light system problem. The hold room was light on just to go to the toilet. Housekeepers didn't realise empty bottles of shower gel. All others are perfectly well, especially staff Mr. ATHARVA KADAM has been helping us with kindness and care with hospitality services mind.

Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

I reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . I will always stay there when I am in Mumbai not forgetting that the breakfast was awesome with a wide range of choice ..

The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from. Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of opulence and comfort in their accommodations.

The hotel is situated right beside the airport which was very convenient for us as we had early flight to catch. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The staff were nice and were extremely helpful. They were even able to provide birthday amenities for my partner’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.

All staffs are so kind. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a very good time and enjoyed staying there. When we visit Mumbai ,we assure that we will stay here again. The room is also clean. The TV channel variety is good.

Lalit Mumbai was a delight to stay. Have stayed at Lalit Delhi and Lalit Udaipur before and have always had great experiences with this chain of hotels. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We extended our checkout for late flight with ease. Thank you for your hospitality

Convenient location near the airport. Wide variety of food is available for all dietary needs. Friendly staff who provided excellent service.

I also stayed at this hotel on a business trip last year. The location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, there is a taxi at the hotel entrance, the hotel can also help you call the car, the front desk service is good, the breakfast is OK, suitable for business trips in the morning.
