I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes.
The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!

I expected better cleaning at washroom . Room was better . View was gorgeous. My package had dinner and breakfast included which was a plus
There was no special service provided . I requested for Achilles tendon massage offer as I suffered an injury a while ago.
Anyways my stay was still very comfortable . Love the food quality and taste both very good
Very Good

Pros:
-Hotel is located close to the airport
-Service is impeccable, any requests was attended within 15mins
- The breakfast buffet was the highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the guy worked the tea corner & the manager in that space, they were very attentive & helpful
- The water pressure in the shower was amazing, housekeeping staff were also very fast to respond
-The bed & pillow was comfortable
- The staff at the reception were very helpful & friendly
- As a solo female traveller, I felt safe
Cons
- The rooms are dated, in need of a up-haul. There are visible wear and tear, stains on the carpet, sofa etc. It doesn't measure up to 5 star hotel standards internationally especially for the price paid.
- Didn't have a great view from my room.
In overall, it was a great stay regardless and I would definitely return during my next trip to India. Thank you!
It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.
Location is convenient for business travelers, 3-5 mins from airport, Very good selection of food for buffet breakfast at main cafe on lobby level, avoid going to the Executive Lounge on Level 17, limited choice.
Accessibility to/fro the airport was great for me since I prefer a hotel that is near the airport considering the jams during certain peak hours in Mumbai. Takes about 160 - 200 rupees & 10-15 mins to get to/fro the airport. The hotel is clean, staff at the breakfast restaurant is polite and helpful. The front desk was friendly. Overall, I like the experience.

If it’s your first time in India and it’s also rainy season, I don’t recommend staying here. The beach had a lot of trash I guess due to the weather, so the view wasn’t very nice. The bed was clean, but the floor had many stains and wasn’t super clean. The bathroom was fine, but the glass hadn’t been cleaned since I could see handprints on it from previous guests. The staff was very nice though.
The best hotel I've been to in Asia so far, I'll be honest, the service is excellent. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best I've had. The rooms are mega nice and modern and large. The service is mega helpful and nice. The hotel is simply awesome. I recommend it.
The location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

秦秦The hotel is about 20 minutes from the domestic T1 airport in Mumbai and 1 hour from the international airport. The overall environment is OK, and it is very comfortable to live.

YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

NniaThe hospitality from this hotel is just like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s very affordable but everything in this hotel is so perfect. Today, I got gift and also chocolate because it’s Diwali. I mean it’s affordable but perfect . Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is decent to stay with family. the rooms are well kept and clean. Food is good and the buffet spread is also decent. The only area they need to work on is their service time. Room check in took us nearly 30 mins with the reception offering us tea and coffee... housekeeping also took nearly 30 mins to get extra towels and the extra bed. Apparently, they had a large number of guests that day. This episode apart, the service was good and the room was comfortable. Decent amount of parking space. The approach to the hotel is a bit dodgy and there is a mosque nearby and the noise from there can be irritating at times.

GGuest UserThe staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean.
Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.
