A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

Conveniently located near the airport. The room I stayed in was very small with a bed and it was like a Japanese business hotel. But it was clean, quiet and I could sleep well. The shower also came out immediately with a lot of hot water. Next to the big road, but I didn't mind the noise. Breakfast was also sufficient content and type. Above all, the room rate is cheap, so it is excellent in cost performance. Mumbai was saved because the room rate was very high.

Cleanness is what this hostel provides the most. Clean washrooms and clean bunk beds. The food options are less but as it’s a hostel, it was decent options. Food was good and reasonable. Location is good to locate. It’s over all a good hostel. It’s one of my favourite hostel. I stay here often 🤌🏻

The taxi driver didn't have change and it became trouble, so when I asked for money exchange, he exchanged money.

Das Türschloss (Sensor) funktionierte nicht. Ich musste immer Meine Tür musste immer von einem Mitarbeiter mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden,
Das Bett schien nicht frisch bezogen zu sein, es hatte einen starken Geruch, verknittert, Flecken auf dem Laken.
Die Armaturen und der Spiegel hatten schon lange Zeit keinen Putzlappen mehr gesehen
Ich hatte für den Preis etwas Besseres erwartet.
Das Personal war nett und bemüht, mir zu helfen.

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel has been absolutely fantastic so far. The rooms are neatly maintained. The staff and service men are wonderful, patient and considerate. I just love the neatly and cleanly maintained bathrooms ***** with 24/7 hot water. Very safe and secure place to stay. It is better to book for best prices prior to the stay. I did last minute booking through makemytrip and still the staff were very considerate and accommodating. I would like to thank everyone at this place who made my stay a memorable one!

GGuest UserHotel location is wrong on google map. Its next to santa cruz east station. Very well located if you want to travel via local trains. Rooms are big but very run down. Gets the work done but not anything fancy. If they invest a bit in upkeep and new covers etc it can significantly upgrade the experience. Breakfast is very basic, staff is courteous and helpful.

GGuest UserI would recommend this to fellow travellers who travel to mumbai for embassy related work, 10 min drive to us embassy, hotel is clean and neat, the support staff are also available round the clock to resolve the issues. Food menu is bit costly but taste is fine. Rooms are bit stinking with cigar smell but once you turn on the ac, you don’t feel it.

GGuest UserI gave four rating for cleanliness of the room and courteous behaviour of the staff. I am withholding for, 1. Very creepy location that creates apprehensions about safety (it's only external appearance. Once inside, we feel safe and comfortable) and not appropriate for a family stay. 2. A minor issue with the airconditioner which i am sure that the owner will take care of.
