Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday. There are security checks like airports The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it. View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits. The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good.

Amazing experience. The service and attention to detail live up to the St. Regis brand and reputation. It was crowded but staff remember your name and go out of their way to make every detail of your stay memorable. Abihijit at the Seven Fires restaurant took excellent care of us and was a pleasure to chat with. Chef Taj at Sahib prepared an incredible off the menu meal for us. We used their cars for 2 days and was worth every penny. Having the comfort of their drivers and car to ***euver through this city is priceless. They know the best street food areas, shopping and sights. Trying to do this on our own would have been a *** endeavor. The only peculiarity of this property is the propensity of guests to have breakfast in their pajamas while donning hotel slippers. The the Spa is next level. We did a couples package and it was a welcome experience after a week on the road. Possibly best spa experience we have had and again, incredible service and facility. The value of this hotel is almost laughable given the price. A similar experience in Europe or the States and you are going to pay 4-5x the price. This was a stay we will relish for a longtime. The bar has been set very high by this outstanding property.

My Business stay was made comfortable and pleasant.. all thanks to Ms Khuahi & Taiba. She was there at the checkin and helped me with my request and made sure to follow up during the course of my stay. Always there to help with a genuine smile and warmth. Looking forward for more such good experiences. The property is nice especially for a business hotel, the food is nice, the staff is Juli & Trupti, courteous and helpful. You may find Khushi, such a cheerful Girl with a happy personality. Made our stay better and in case of any issues, she's the person to reach out to. Apart from that Gauri, Siddhi were amazing Khushi mam and Danish Sir is the best reason of why i like staying in Hotel Heritage , the fimiliar vibe which she provides is much more beyond are expectations words are enough just wanna thanks her for taking extra care of us everytime❤️……. Thank you..........

The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need! The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes.

pros: It's an affordable hotel near JJ Hospital. That's the reason I have booked it. The staff is so good. The food we ordered was great. Cons: Worst location for a hotel, cabs just deny to reach the location, narrow lanes, and dirty stinking roads. Just outside hotel there is huge dumpyard with garbage. Overcrowded streets with people spitting everywhere. For the people like us coming for the first time to vacation, this place is not recommended 😑 at all, it's just gave negative impression to my family about this city.
