Superb stay Experience , outstanding Staff . Breakfast was 9/10 , overall the best stay till now .

The reception and the Managers were very friendly and helpful to me. They also gave us some great advice about the places in Mumbai. Totally worth the stay.

The Fern Residency in Chembur is an excellent hotel. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, including organising a doctor when one of my party was unwell. The rooms are very comfortable, reliable air conditioning, clean bathrooms and toiletries. The hotel restaurant has a large menu, excellent prices and everything tasted delicious. The Acres facilities across the road are high quality too. We used the gym, pool, Upper Deck restaurant and pani puri downstairs.

Hotel was very clean and complete with necessities including good WIFI and a resturante. Staff were very aattentive and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this small hotel. Mr Gupta the day manager was particularly helpful in all matters.

Everything about this slightly dated business hotel is great for short stay business trips. i would not recommend families stay here are the facilities is not suitable. for single users on a short stay, this hotel is sufficient.

Good stay, good behaviour of staff, good food. The room and bathroom are absolutely clean. The staff greeted well as well as politely. The breakfast which was complementary is also good.

Stay was comfortable and pleasant at hotel maharana inn, mumbai for three nights. They were cooperative in providing the room in time and also room service was good. This was my first time, i booked hotel by make my trip app and found it is easy and genuine, also hotel people easily accepted my online booking without any unnecessary queries. A good decent hotel at powai. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and fixtures are good. The lighting arrangement is bright. Bathroom fittings are above average which need significant improvements. Room cleanliness and freshness required. Attractive outside view from room window. Morning buffet breakfast need more variety and space is not sufficient to accommodate enough guest. Staffs are well behaved and good at timely service with smile. I would visit again.
