3-Star Hotels in Mumbai

The first hotel on my first trip in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .

Don’t take 1st and 2nd floor rooms. Air duct leak. Confirming breakfast was with the room took too long. It’s an old property. Not worth too much price.

Room and bathroom was very clean and neat. Elegant furniture. Staff was polite and helpful. Less than a km from usa visa office.

The hotel is located on a busy street however they do have their own little parking. The service however is a little disturbing as they keep disturbing u to check you're gonna check out or not and to remind u of breakfast .. also they won't allow any deliveries which was really disappointing. The rooms are in immaculate condition. Super clean.. good amenities..just some policies need working on..4/5

Das Türschloss (Sensor) funktionierte nicht. Ich musste immer Meine Tür musste immer von einem Mitarbeiter mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden, Das Bett schien nicht frisch bezogen zu sein, es hatte einen starken Geruch, verknittert, Flecken auf dem Laken. Die Armaturen und der Spiegel hatten schon lange Zeit keinen Putzlappen mehr gesehen Ich hatte für den Preis etwas Besseres erwartet. Das Personal war nett und bemüht, mir zu helfen.

It's a good budget stay. If you're in the area for visa appointment, this might be your best choice in budget. Food is inclusive in their package. However, try to avoid certain food there as it caused food poising, just be careful with what you're eating, avoid their chicken dishes. Rooms are really good, hygiene and cleanness is good too. Overall a really decent stay for the price.
