Amazing hotel, staff was very friendly and service was good.

I stayed at Adiva for five nights and had a reasonably comfortable experience, but a few important things could definitely be improved. Pros: • Clean Rooms: The rooms were well-maintained and clean throughout my stay. • Friendly Staff: The staff—mostly interns—were polite, welcoming, and tried their best to assist. Cons: • Strange Policy on Food: The hotel does not allow outside food, which is quite an unusual and inconvenient rule. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking platform and only informed after check-in. This needs to be clearly stated beforehand. • No Taxi/Vehicle Assistance: The hotel does not help guests with taxis or any vehicle arrangements, which can be quite inconvenient, especially for out-of-town travelers. This too should be clearly listed on booking sites. • Strict Security Issues: I almost lost a courier bag because the gate staff refused to let the delivery person inside. There was no proper coordination, which caused unnecessary hassle. • Limited Restaurant Menu: The in-house restaurant has a very limited menu and lacks variety for guests staying more than a day or two. • Too Many Rules: Overall, the atmosphere felt more controlled by rules than designed for guest comfort. Several policies felt unnecessarily rigid and not in favor of the guest. Final Thoughts: While the property is clean and the staff is pleasant, Adiva needs to revise some of its policies and ensure better transparency on booking platforms. Clearer communication and a more guest-focused approach would significantly improve the overall experience
