The hotel promotes itself as a luxury establishment; however, the actual room I occupied bore little resemblance to the images presented. The bedsheets were torn and stained, there was a significant accumulation of dust throughout the space, the bathroom was unclean, and water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the staff exhibited a lack of helpfulness and displayed a negative attitude.

It is around very busy area and during rainy season, it is even worse!. I would not book this hotel ever in my life again. I don’t think this should be listed on ******* at all!!

Done book this property - it’s a lodge with no services. I checked out in 15 mins. Pathetic experience- seepage issue - bed sheet had a hole

Room condition very poor. Water properly not coming from toilet flusher. Very bad smeeel coming from bed and room. Croches are rooming about all over room and bed. All over experience very bad
