Stranded not up to the mark, Breakfast option very limited , Very Bad Experience

Firstly the hotel is in a fairly good location , however I would not deem as a 4 star. The rooms are average but clean , however the view from our room was non exsistent. Whilst we added the breakfast option , it was quite average so only had on one ocassion. The plus point is all staff are very good and particularly the moustached , room cleaning supervisor was very vigilant.All our items and luggage were safe and they were kind enough to store our luggage safely upon checkout to collect in the evening. Aslo the Metro train station is a couple of minutes walk and that is quite handy given the level of traffic in the area if using Taxis

The manager is very accomodative and courteous. Good at breakfast is ok ok, entry is tough due main toad maintenance. Access is a slight issue, lot of autos around so stepping out is not an issue. Access to juhu etc is nice Overall good experience

Perfect hotel for the overnight stay. Great room, clean place in a busy area. Hot water all day long. No complaints.

It was a terrible stay. Staff are rude. Bathroom was not clean. Mostly staying here is a major security threat to a guest. Hotel person have opened my room without my permission or consent when i was outside.

Good points: nice connectivity, open 24x7, helpful staff
bad: lots of rules & regulations including what you can & cannot do, no drinking in room, etc. Makes you feel like a hostel stay. Bathrooms could be improved. Narrow passages.
