Very poor room small size dirty room .staff are very rude bed sheet dirty pillow dirty totally waste of money don't go anyone .if you want to make your trip happy don't go this hotel it's like ********** room.according to my experience it's very discusting hotel it's like chal.

The room was so small that it can not be called a room. It can rather be called a cubicle . One can not even turn around casually. The TV was not working. Uncomfortable 3 days stay. Completely unworthy for 3500 rupees per night. Will not recommend at all.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help, rooms were clean, very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the place.

This property SHOULD NOT be advertised on the internet. It is an absolute dump. Construction going on inside the property every day. Awful noise. BIG RATS running around. My room "G2" had water coming inside the room from under the floor. No hot water. Rooms and Bathrooms HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Dust inside the room everywhere, even on the sheets. The bedsheets were never cleaned. Took them 6 hours to repair the lock on the door to the room which would not open with my key. I was outside without my insulin for 6 hours. Manager on duty was missing most of the time, SLEEPING in his room! Outside noise was incessant and terrible. I checked out after 5 days and was charged for the full 10 days even though I brought the matter to the manager's attention. This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in, and I am 66 years old. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. STAY AWAY LIKE IT HAS THE PLAGUE! BATHROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED BEFORE OR AFTER OR DURING MY STAY. There was not enough walking space to navigate the room (#4001). I have bruises on my shins to prove this. THIS HOTEL GETS ZERO STARS! I have stated the facts from my stay. Treebo, you should ISSUE A FULL REFUND of the money I paid to your hotel. The pictures on the internet DO NOT MATCH what you see inside the room(s). DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO STAYING HERE! I pity those who are stuck into staying here! Everything was nice and great here staff were helful and responsible rooms were clean near to byculla railway station food sever was tasty breakfast was on time with tea and coffee. Check in and check out was smooth

Hotel was nice and well maintained rooms were kept clean location was perfect as in the main city everything is close by. Food was served here was tasty breakfast was given on the mentioned timings. I enjoyed the same.
