Loud and lots of noise
There is so mich noise, we couldn’t sleep at all….
A generator is placed next to the room and running all night.
We checked in at 10:30 pm and tried to sleep at 3 pm we gave up and Went to the Airport and stayed there for 5 hours.
Close to the Airport, bit not worth the money!!!!
The staff was ok.

Bad beds….. so hard matress and could not sleep, due to massive noise from a generator…..

The service was very bad. There was no one to carry our luggage to our rooms and the overall experience was not worth the price which we had to pay. The photos of the rooms were very misleading as they were nothing like the photos had shown. In addition to this, we had actually booked a room for three but the manager kept saying that only a room for two people had been booked and started asking for extra charges for the third person. We were lucky enough to have proof of our bookings and did not have to pay extra charges.

I am writing regarding my booking in Hotel Aksa on dated 24/06/2022 which was bad experiences due to incorrect information of accommodation description provided on the Hotel Website.I was totally socked to see the amenities in the hotel. I had booked the hotel for three person for two nights but room in the hotel was not available for three person. I have came herewith the long journey with my families and also carry four luggage , due to this I faced so many problem. So we take the decision not staying at this hotel because my family suffer a lot of problems. The problem arise due to wrong information provided by the Aksa hotel in your website. The hotel staff are also taking rude behavior to us. My decision are not staying at this worst hotel because of my family concern and they will suffer a lot for staying at this hotel. I hope you understand my problem regarding family concern.
