The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!

Awesome place, very good staff, they assist you with everything and look after ur out of the box request, especially when ur travelling with toddlers, very good experience. I stayed at Seaview &Beach view rooms and the rooms were as expected based on reviews and pics from website. Will definitely keep coming back

We visited after a long time and a great time here at The Resort . Loved the hospitality by F&B team Mr Rajesh Shaw , Mr Hussain and team. Chef Vinayak , Chef Amiya allways personally prepares our dishes specially. The hotel is very clean and well mantained. service is very prompt and amiable. This hotel is very serene and perfect spot for a peaceful mind. Staff is professional and well groomed. Overall we had a great time .

Loved the relaxed atmosphere in The Resort. Beautiful gardens and animals too. The swimming pool was huge. Had an excellent room with beach view on the first floor to watch the sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay there. Breakfast was also excellent.

I had an incredible stay at this resort, #theresortmumbai and everything—from the room to the service, location, and food—was simply outstanding. One of the best five-star experiences I have had worldwide! I was on an unpaid sabbatical, seeking a peaceful retreat to heal from a recent loss, and this place provided the perfect sanctuary. The tranquility, comfort, and hospitality made my stay truly special. During my visit, I also had some business meetings in the city and will definitely be returning soon. While my primary profession pays the bills, music is my true passion. Inspired by the serene surroundings, I recorded a song on my phone right in my room, mixing it with a track and blending in stunning footage of the resort. The final part of the video captures Mumbai’s breathtaking sunset—a perfect ending. The service from HK Santosh was excellent.The room was nice and spacious . The staff was indeed courteous and valued time. We came in a for a marriage function and the venue was picture perfect with good serine views. The bird sanctuary was interesting and a novel initiative. We should have more amenities for kids and some more activities would have been useful.
