The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!

It was good enough, good food, good staff, hygiene, good location, we enjoyed and good time, over all superb Excellent, we will certainly recommend our friends & relatives, we hope they would love it at this price, specially in city of Mumbai

Manani and Ragini were absolutely amazing. Their cheerful smiles and helpfulness helped us have a great time. All the staff were very welcoming, and kept the environments clean. Breakfast was more than enough ….- you couldn’t ask for more.

Reception where outstanding up grading us to sea view room with balcony for free. Security is always smiling. The room is very clean, and the pool is a nice size. Good value for money. The spa is also good. The complimentary tea at 4.00pm is a nice touch.

The hotel was staff were absolutely brilliant. Ramesh and Sagrir were both very very helpful and accommodating. Manani and Ragini were extremely helpful. I would definitely come back here - highly recommend. Sawti from house keeping was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff is very good especially suraj saurabh mahesh afridi and joel he is very helpful and love his services he gives a lot of freebies and I love it the overall experience of the resort is very good and would recommend you too.you can see the sun set which is amazing
