The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!

Great atmosphere, superb food, esp. the buffet. Very well behaved and polite staff. Menu food service a bit slow. Lovely pool. In all a winner. How our two night stay flew by. The Spa is lovely too with lots of options and rates to suit everyone. And the cakes...... just yummy!

We had the Tuesday buffet lunch for my mother’s 80th birthday with her friends. The food was very good, and the hospitality from the staff unbeatable. Great value when you take the membership as you get a 50 percent discount on food and beverage.

Great service with total dedication especially from mukesh koli and vipul koli. The food area is awesome and beach view rooms are mind blowing. It's must visit place. The hospitality department is very polite. Rooms were very clean and it's very enjoyable and memorable trip.

The roads to the resort are under construction, so it takes time to reach. Staff was very courtesy, especially at the restaurant and housekeeping staff Mr Mukesh Koli. Overall, must visit the property. Food quality was also good, but prices were a bit unreasonable
