Stafff at reception was great. I had my jacket ruined gave it for dry clean came back with buttons coloured were gone and a scratch right in front. They don’t have a clue what is dry clean. I also skipped few breakfast n dinner on my last day as I had a stomach problem I wanted some toast , one of the waiter quickly approach me just to tell me that it was chargeable . I probably would have paid but the way it was done ..not professional at all. Rooms was not swipe daily. There were work going on right next to my room. 3 days constantly I rang reception n they stop.

The hotel location is reasonable, rooms are okay, and the restaurant has some healthy options for the health watchers. But during my stay they shut off the dining area for an evening party with dozens of men dancing. But the biggest issue was room cleanliness - definitely sub-par for a '3-star' hotel
