It was the worst experience. We are doctors and stayed to attend a conference. Room condition was pathetic. The reception guy was very rude and arrogant. They didn't give wifi password. When I asked they said it's my last name and booked email id. I had issue with connection when I asked for help he said he can't come to my room.i should ask everyone to come to reception to get wifi. When I asked about cab arrangement he said he can't do it. When I booked the cab I asked him to ask the boy to get my luggage. But he didn't do it. My cab waited for 10mints. Overall bad experience

It was a great experience the hotel staff and management is excellent. Food was delicious and overall environment and hospitality was brilliant. Room cleanliness and tidiness was top notch. Shall recommend the property to relatives and friends for their visit to Mumbai.

It was a nice experience in my stay at this hotel. We were two persons. Accommodation room, food and approach and behavior were excellent. Peaceful stay and nearer to Airport Terminal 2. I will love to stay again.
