Hotel Bawa Suites

I booked this hotel from the company staff and the room was smaller than the pictures they posted

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings. The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

I found the room cleaning staff most helpful and done a fantastic job daily. Mahendra,Sarwan,Deepak,Ansel, Durai Thankyou to you all for taking care of my room and any needs I had. Sanchis the doorman thankyou mate for your knowledge and help with everything. I stayed at Bawa Suites for 2 weeks whilst having dental work done close by and found it a great place to stay. There was alot of construction taking place with 1 new lift being installed that was abit of a pain at times . The bed I had was certainly comfy enough and clean. Shower and and bathroom amenities were all good 👍 It's by no means a brand new Hotel but it was clean and tidy and everything worked. Restaurant down stairs had very nice food. I do think because alot of people having dental work procedures completed at Dentzz next door stay at Bawa Suites I would of liked to of seen some form of discounts offered for Dentzz clients. Drinks (alcoholic ) were over the top expensive so if your planning on having a few beers each day on your stay I advise you to find a supermarket ( not food square) and buy yourself some beers and keep them in your room fridge.. I feel they do take advantage of Westerners staying charging alot for meals and drinks but that's my only real complaint. Cheers for the stay 🙏👍

Always a pleasure staying in the Bawa … and these guys make it even better - Kishor, Sarwan, Ansel and Durai…You rarely find a hotel with a great restaurant and Bawa manages to get that right. The location is great if you want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Bandra

Too expensive given the quality of service

I personally find it safe and comfortable stay with amazing rooms and friendly staff. I booked executive room and also easy accessible nearby places in Bandra. I would recommend for a stay in Bandra. Also, food is great in taste. Just faced lift service issues.
