Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings.
The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

First day had issues with smell in the room… but they was very kind to get our room changed to higher floor. On few occasion staff was lethargic but overall good experience. Staff Pravin, Sitaram, Mahendra and Sachin Dorai were helpful. Thanks.

Lugar acogedor con gente maja. La comida del room servicie está muy rica y la habitación muy limpia. A pesar de el ruido exterior la habitación era silenciosa . Buena servicio de habitaciones y la ubicación está okey, si es verdad que se tarda un poco en ir al centro.

Excellent service again at Hotel Bawa Suites virtually next door to dentzz dental so very convenient. Great room service and meals around the clock. The doorman Sanchit is always welcoming. Housekeeping Sarwan Sitaram Durai Kisbore and Malundra are on hand everyday if needed keeping your rooms clean tidy and look after dry cleaning orders. Very friendly place to relax after dental appointments or after doing a few day trips on day off’s from dental work. Totally recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼

I am regular customer of this hotel and after so many visits I am writing this review Everything at hotel is just too good. Whether it is staff, house cleaning, food everything Special thanks to house keeping department Mr. Mahendra, Mr. Pravin and Mr. Satiram.. always there for us on one call... I would also like to thank Mr. Oliver for taking special care of us...

Great hotel
I couldn't find anything to complain about
the front office very, very good, very clean rooms and bathrooms, the breakfast very, good selection very neat and clean and the room rate was good
no evening dinning but room service is available
the service staff great
the room service food selection, quality(taste)and pricing was excellent. I am going again in December I will definitely be staying at this establishment.

We arrived & all was better than we expected room was large & clean shower & toilet big enough, cupboard & draw space for our long stay was good staff were very welcoming & the service from housekeeping to room service was good would recommend any one to stay there
