Worst experience ever. Will never recommend this hotel for couples or if you are travelling with family. Had sleepless nights with the strong smell of cigarettes spreading everywhere in this hotel. Despite paying for breakfast we were allowed to select only one meal per person. On our first night we found bugs and hair strands on the bedsheet (don't be fooled by their pictures). The head shower was very dirty. Toilet tissue were never refilled despite paying for four nights. We had to leave the hotel despite paying in advance.

Excellent location with very courteous people. Rooms are not spacious, lack of amenities, very efficient and helpful staffs that compensate all scarcity. After all i had a nice one night stay.

This is to inform you that so many problems face in royal castle hotel in mumbai, facilities and comfort is zero my 4 year old baby girl very troubled. 1, bath shower flow not proper 2, night lamps not working 3, fan plus minus switch not work 4, after complaint towel come fruit tray 5, Tub brash not available 6, rude behavior (towel is available in room me used evening and next day i ask morning for towel they ask me in 24 hr we can not provide towel again and again) 8, accordingly bath tube available in my booking is not there.

Stay was short 3 nights, most of the day spent outside. Rooms are smaller but amenities are ok. Breakfast has very limited variety. Hotel is on 1st & 2and floor with no lift. Problem for sr citizen. No parking

All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

I opt for twin sharing room as part of preference in mmt, when i asked them to give me twin sharing room they asked me to pay more money, i was completely okay with that. Then they started charging me more money then their regular rates. The manager was shouting and talking rudely and treating us beggars. Finally, i contacted mm t and they shorted the issue. -
ps. It will take 15 minutes to get hot water via tap, terrible!

#multiple food joints around the hotel
# i took their best room. It was spacious, linen was clean, aircon was working, washroom was clean. # everything here is basic, nothing fancy but it works
# if you have work in fort area, do stay here
