It is a reasonable hotel for the rate we paid.
The most impressive was their " Cleanliness " and " Hospitality " by all Staff at Reception ( the one stood out was especillay Mr.Frank ) and Hospitality by all at the restaurant Rasoi ( the one stood out was especillay Mr. Nikhel )

Excellent hotel near to dadar railway station, locality is nice, bus train within reach, front desk is completely professional but supportive, breakfast at muttuswamy cafe is good

Very Disappointing Stay – Rude and Unhelpful Staff
Stayed at Ramee Hotel Dadar with my family, including small kids, and the experience was really disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative — not even a little helpful. Every request felt like a hassle to them, and they showed no concern or courtesy, especially knowing we had young children with us.
Their attitude was cold and unprofessional throughout the stay. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this level. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

at the reception counter was very rude and uncooperative. He did not try to understand my concern and was more focused on enforcing hotel rules rather than assisting a customer. I simply asked him to help check where my car was parked, as there was no space available when I arrived. He abruptly responded that the matter was with the security guard. Even after I politely requested him to cross-check with the security team, he refused to listen and repeatedly said it was with security, without making any effort to assist. Again the wash room flush was not working. I will never ever visit this hotel.
