I couldn't checkin the hotel. So cannot review this time. But my earlier experiences were good. Cannot say very good or best

There was a renovation noise continued till 10 pm. Which was very annoying. Apart from that everything else was good.

Made a mistake of booking a day early. Called the hotel 24hours back. Despite of rooms being empty they did not care to change the booking. And charged double for last min bookings. No regards for customers.

Loved the interiors of my room, everything was just perfect. Value for money and yes i would love to book it again

Had to book this room since the other hotel wasn’t available. Paid a hefty sum for a night because of heavy occupancy across mumbai but no where it is close to what the price was. Bathroom with a jacuzy is a ‘joke’ because it must have been made in 1970 for a toddler size human being.

The stay was good, the room was super neat and clear, the only challenge was that the tv is not a smart tv so you cannot watch anything on it. So according to me the tv needs to be at-least smarttv

The staff were Vry polite, and location is also gud, food was awesome, and excellent service…. Over all I like to come back to this place whn ever I am in bombay

The room category i booked was suit. Which is very difficult to get. If you’re quite lucky enough then you can have the privilege to experience the royal treatment.

The stay was really pleasant, specially the food and ambience. Very professional staff and always ready to help. Rooms very clean.
