Disgusting staff. There was no moisturizer in the hotel at the time of check in. At the time of checkout I was questioned where is the moisturizer. If you are staying in the hotel, ensure you take an inventory with hotel staff the time of check-in so that they do not blame you for missing items at the time of checkout.

We had a marvellous stay at The Emerald Hotel and Executive Apartments! Impeccable service, spacious rooms, and a warm, welcoming staff made our visit truly memorable. Great cullinary and food service experience. The housekeeping, the reception and the whole FNB staff was great and always ready to help. We experience the Best dosa live cooking, all the good indian traditional authentic indian food. We were treated like family rather than guest, which we couldn’t ask for more. Based on our hospitality experience, we consider that this hotel should be rated as a five star hotel and we are looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

as per the facilities provided, I will class this as a 3 Star hotel and not 4 star. location is good. the room layouts could be better. Room 610 i found too compact and somewhat claustrophobic.

Location is very close Juhu beach, property is well maintained and staff is very courteous. We took one bed room suite and it was value for money. Breakfast was good enough but can be improved.
