Это не отель, а райское место. Первый раз в Индии и благодаря отелю, я не представляю теперь свою жизнь без Индии. Начиная с момента встречи, встретили, как короля, так и во время всего проживания каждый сотрудник здоровался и спрашивал как дела. Отдельное спасибо хотел выразить сотрудникам бассейна, которые очень уважительно каждое утро приветствовали и создавали настроение на весь день. Про завтраки я вообще говорить не буду, просто нереальные. А номер, особенно кровать - это лучшие сны в моей жизни. Обязательно буду останавливаться ещё раз. Кроме того, в отеле есть рестораны и бары, которые тоже фантастические.

Legendary place- historical and magical. This is the hotel for anyone interested in knowing India’s history and Tata’s legacy. Facilities are top rate and so are the restaurants and breakfast.

It's a place full of the charm of a vintage hotel.
Overall, the luxurious finishing materials and classic atmosphere were impressive, and I think it's perfect for those who like vintage sensibility. However, because of the structural characteristics, the hotel felt crowded everywhere, and overall, it felt like it needed renovation.
Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and kind, so my first business trip and trip ended pleasantly~

Had a great experience at the Taj palace and tower we had the traditional welcome and we were also provided with complimentary wine and cake , the service was great , trip.com gave us a fantastic deal for 3 nights we would definitely recommend.

I don't know why, having booked a room on promotion for 14,000 rubles, specifically in the new Taj Mahal Tower, when I checked in they told me about the reception at the main historical building. They gave me room 629 with a view of the indoor pool. I asked them to double-check several times, but they said everything was correct. The thing is that the rooms in this building are much more expensive. Starting from 30,000 rubles per night, with a view up to 120 thousand per night!!! They greeted me like a king. The hotel is not 5 stars, but much more. Everything is at the highest level, it's a pity that the windows do not close, and there are no balconies at all. The room is large with a very large bathroom, where there is a bath and a shower and everything you can think of. The service is perfect. I checked out at 12 noon and left for the airport at 9 pm. That is, I was there outside the room, by the pool and on excursions for 9 hours. Nobody said a word. True, WiFi is immediately disconnected after check-out, but you can take a guest WiFi for 2 hours. Everything inside is expensive. But around the corner is the historic Leopold cafe, where you can eat well.
