We have stay in the bloom juhu, the stay was very amazing the staff was very great ful at the time of checking specially Mustafa & Atif the rooms very spacious & clean and even in the same building they have a restaurant I would definitely recommend for next time

Very disappointing. On arrival room old and dirty. Fridge door broken. Wifi I had to sit outside in the hallway. Changed rooms and that wasn’t much better. Was there for a week. Wifi didn’t work for two days. Aircon sounded like a vacuum cleaner and would stop working every hour or so. I’d wake up during the night sweating and have to reset it. One positive the restaurant was awesome, food was magnificent. Buffet breakfast was terrible with a very small selection. Convenient location in an area that I liked another small positive. Was mid range price but way worse. Give this place a miss. If you’re from Australia it’s about the equivalent to a dirty motor inn!

Room wasnt ready and had to wait till 3, 30pm although check in time was 2pm and on checkout hotel insisted to leqve 11. 00 pm sharp otherwise be liable for half day rent. Bed size was too small for adults. Was called at 6. 00am when fast asleep to return iron board. Passages and elevators and passage smelled dirt n elevator flooring dirty and damaged. Staff dont seem motivated. Had used this property in 1994 for private function in hall in basement and was xcellent then. Overall our experience with family was not so pleasant

Excellent stay, excellent people and perfect room. The food was very good limited but tasty. Staff were very helpful and supportive. The hotel manager helped us to book the room and gave meat and clean room. I will surely come back here soon…
