If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay for US VISA interview related purposes, this place is definitely a very good choice. The staff were cordial and very helpful. The room was small and compact but sufficiently clean. Washroom was small but had all basic amenities, including hot water 24x7. They provided towels and soap and you can also order food from your room (will be served within 40-50min).
The stay was definitely pleasant. At the cost that they ask for the room, one should not expect 5 star treatment, but realistically speaking, the hotel is quite good otherwise. For a few days of stay for the purpose of attending visa interviews, it is definitely worth it.
If you have any issue with hot water or need mineral water (on a payment basis) or if you need tea or coffee, you can ask the reception and they will help you with all your needs. Food delivery services (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) are all available and will deliver to your room.
For solo travelers (especially females), I would recommend not to move around in the locality/ area the hotel is located very late in the night for security/safety purposes.
Overall, a good budget hotel for a short stay in Mumbai.
