The only positive about this hotel is that it was close to the event place. Else not that good in that price range.Small rooms with some weird smell. AC not cooling enough.

Hotel rooms not as good as shown . Very small and suffocating rooms. Staff behavior was also not pleasant. There was some kind of bad smell in room. No complimentary water bottles available. Only location is good but that too in mid of a automobile market. Overall a terrible experience

It was fine. not too good not too bad. The fan wasn't working and we had a few power cuts and it took a while extra clicks to get the ac to work, but for the price that you're giving. It was fine and bearable.

1. Rooms are very small
2. Service is worst
3. They don't have a in-house restaurant. Food they outsource are of very worst quality
4. You ask for anything, they response very very late
5. Intercom phone was not working 6. Tv was not working
7. Neither they provide welcome water or tea. 8. After reaching when i ordered for tea, they staff brought from a footpath shop in a very sall paper cup and took 25rs which was hardly of 5rs. 9. Except the good behaviour of the reception guy rest every thing was worst. 10. Insects were moving inside the room. 11. Bathroom water tap was broken.

Located at the heart of Kurla, it was convenient for me to reach the destinations on my bucket list without hassle. Besides, the hospitality and communication level was beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to staying in the same place during my next trip.
