Would rate average stay. Unpleasant and fouls smell from bathroom, urinal have stains all over. During last night of the stay tv not working, when called reception for rectification no one was send to rectify it. Buffet was not up to the mark.

Spent entire day finding good hotel and ended up selecting this hotel because of good location as lot of other hotels seemed nice but had terrible location. This seemed to be in nice quiet residential neighborhood close to metro. And despite looking small in footprint it was surprisingly filled with amenities. Room service was great and quick. And food was tasty as well for breakfast as well as restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice and comfy but room service was terrible. They don't come for room cleaning until you call them. In the name of cleaning they only sweep floor and collect garbage. They don't replace the bedsheet or blanket covers, instead tuck the same ones back. Most disgusting part was that the they wiped clean the bathroom and toilet seat with the same towel which was kept there for drying legs infront of bathroom. Yuck! i don't know whether they provide clean towels or not. Breakfast lounge tables were not clean since ages. They were always sticky due to food residue. For stay it was good but rest things were totally disgusting.

Hi, hotel was good with good staff. There were renovation on-going which wasn't known on 4th floor. Breakfast menu was good but their staff was too engaged when more people came in. This needs to be addressed to cater to customer. Rest hotel location is good with nice ambience at this cost.

Excellent hotel with good in house food and amenities. They did not give us an extension which was mentioned in the app booking so that was an only issue otherwise it was perfect.

Location, guests and pricing seems to be a good deal. But room facilties, restaurant is not upto the mark. I havent captured. Only this in-room dining.

Stay was very uncomfortable, as ac of the room was not working, as well as rooms were really very small so didn't like the stay. Also the house keeping stay was again and again banging the service door whole night
