I stayed at the hotel for three nights and they had to be the worst three nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Just for background I have been a regular user of this hotel and I have noticed that with every stay the standards drop, on this occasion they hit an all time low. The room we were given had a terrible smell and the stench from the bathroom was so bad that I had to complain at reception, they sent a chap armed with a can of air freshener which made the smell even worse . As we had just arrived from a long flight and were really exhausted I put up with the foul smell for the night and would complain in the morning . In the middle of the night my wife woke me up when she notice a lot of noise coming out by the ceiling near the headboard of the bed which lasted a few minutes, when we looked around we noticed yellow pieces of cardboard stuck down to keep out rats from entering the room as confirmed by housekeeping the next morning . From that moment onwards we couldn’t sleep fearing that these rats may in fact enter our room . In the morning I complained at the reception desk who sent someone to look at the room and confirm our fears and was transferred to another room after a three hour wait . The second room didn’t have the smell of a public toilet like the first one but I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom . In the morning as I was showering one of these must have somehow crept onto the towel and as I was drying myself jumped onto my body , this was the most horrific feeling I have ever experienced. Very poorly maintained property . Housekeeping is not for what they charge.

Rooms are good. Property rules and regulations are just like a hostel. Restaurants and pool (club) area is managed by different parties and they do not co-operate with the hotel guest at all. you need to pay for your water bottle as well whenever you order. it's irritating all the time, everyone will ask you money or cash instantly. they give priority for their members only who are on monthly membership. you won't get service in the room for certain timings . qong get towel at pool, staff is only following the rules and very adamant and rude. not worth at all what they are charging. if you are going to relax and fun, its not the choice at all.

Unprofessional staff. They don't know how to talk with guests. We had made booking and paid the charges but it feels like they're doing us a favour. 1st experience in my life
