It was the lousy service and horrible cleaning, many mosquitoes did not let me sleep. I had a reservation for 2 nights and the first wing I ran out.

their staffs where good and allowed us to do early check in by 12:00 pm , but the rooms where terrible as room was full of dust, bathroom was very unhygienic, even the corridor was stacked with garbage and it was too smelly

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was nothing like the pictures—shady, poorly maintained, and outright unhygienic. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a constant foul smell in the room.
Safety was also a major concern. The locks on the doors felt flimsy, and the area around the hotel didn’t feel secure at all. I genuinely didn’t feel safe staying here.
The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, with zero regard for guest comfort. Any concerns raised were met with indifference or attitude.
Overall, this place was a disaster—completely misrepresented online and not worth even a fraction of the price. I strongly advise others to stay away and book elsewhere. You deserve better.

The hotel is not well maintained. Room was dirty with the bedspreads not being changed after each visit. Had to ask them to replace it with newer ones but no pillow covers. Bathrooms are not well maintained and smells bad. Adding to that, the rooms are infested with rats that roam around during the night and grab your food. The place needs a complete overhaul and cleanup.

DO NOT BOOK. Property’s location is at a very shady place. There is absolutely nothing that is likeable about this place. The staff has no clue what the hell they are doing there. No amenities were working. No WiFi. No geyser. Pathetic services. Never visit again.
