It was a couple stay - 1 night - Room no. 901 - Rs. 5k. Great city view. Positives::: Very Walkable distance from Borivali station - west. The hotel does not have a kitchen, but good food joints around. Great Staff - response is wonderful and great service. Needed a pain balm late in the night and they (Nikhil) delivered. Good Dental and Shave kit. Negatives::: Biggest negative - AC is placed exactly opposite to the bed. The air draft comes directly on you, whichever way you set the louvers. Bed linen were all soiled and had dirty smell - had them changed. All bath towels have to be retired, they are old. Water in the bathroom was intermittent. Bad light placement for shaving. CAUTION::: Be ready for train horn sounds or a sudden celebration music (there seems to be a marriage hall nearby) or a marriage party checking in early, who may shout at their top voice and disturb your sleep. Interesting::: The staff helps you without your prodding or asking.

It's good hotel to stay in.Mr Karan Shah is very co operative.Breakfast has been improved after the feedback given to Mr Shah.The rooms size is though small but service is good.you can plan your stay . service is good .......The staff is good..overall a nice experience

The room had some mosquitos and the water pressure was not there. The tv did not have remote so had to manually start and shut

I often stay here. But this time I found cockroch in my room. secondly my bed sheet was not changed. I found stains on that. so did not feel the freshness in the room which I usually feel

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A special mention to the receptionist, Karan Shah, who was exceptionally helpful and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Today we visit the byke delotetl it was amazing experience it's 2min away from railway station and very easy access to local transportation and also the vibe is amazing I really appreciate the hardwork of the staff specially the boy called rimon he is so hardworking and calm guy
