1. We did not appreciate the way our stay was handled by the staff. At the time of check-in they did not inform that buffet breakfast will not be available. Then at night they called and informed that due to an event, they will serve breakfast in room. For someone who was already asleep, i replied ok. Next day when we called for breakfast, they offered only 3 measly options! and when we respectfully declined and asked for refund against breakfast, they flat out refused. Thats highly unprofessional when a hotel accommodates their own comfort and profit and ignores guests request and due refunds. The staff was rude and made no efforts to amend the situation. Especially mr karan.
