The property is located in a convenient place . but not offered tissue paper and not a ventilation too. there is no lift for sr citizens to go to the terrace or canteen to enjoy the dinner or good air.
overall the staff at the reception is good and other staff too
but it is very convenient for our destination.
the Veg food is also very good 👍

Almost good , tissue paper not provided which is included.there is no any ventilation in deluxe room Staff are good and food also very good. There should be a lift for like old age person Because of that I couldn't go to the canteen or terrace to enjoy the stay.. dining table is very small and for 3 of us only 1 chair provided...

The room was very neat and tidy, the staff members especially the receptionist service was awesome, i didn’t noticed any faults in the Hotel. Its a best option for the stay in mumbai in a budget range. I am from kerala so i was not familiar about the places near to the hotel, the Hotel staff had guided me and given me a brief about the place and what all things to be taken care while roaming around the places in Mumbai.

overall it's a great experience at hotel.room are near and Clean..good property.i would definitely recommend to the family for stay..its very near to Mumbai Central. staff are very cooperative and polite. food also great. I ll give 10/10 for stay..
