I STAYED FROM 18th NOVEMBER TO 21st NOVEMBER. HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR BY THE STAFF AND THE RECEIPTION. WANTED HOT WATER FOR MY BATH AS IT IS THE WINTER TIME. THEY WERE SAYING THAT I SHOULD LEAVE INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING, THEIR BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS US WAS JUST HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO RESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The hotel has a lift but you still have to walk one flight up. Otherwise the rooms are spacious. You can get your own drinks and have them in the room. The hotel is just on the main road but the entrance is kind of hidden but it is just next to Union bank of India.
