The room was very comfortable, the pool, the yoga experience, the atmosphere, the lounge, the bar, everything was great. I was told that only guests were allowed in, but I was disappointed that the entrance was open to anyone. There was a baggage check, but no check of the guest list, etc.

I stayed here as a once in a lifetime memory. It's a little far from the nearest station, Church Gate, you can get there by bus, but Japanese people have to go by car. The famous Gate of India and Leonardo Cafe are also within walking distance. (The manager/owner of Leonardo Cafe can speak Japanese. I had been starving for Japanese for a while, so this was a relief lol) It seems that video and SLR photography are prohibited in the building except indoors. Taking photos with a smartphone seems fine. First, there is a strict security check before entering. When you enter, you leave your luggage and are welcomed by a beautiful Indian woman dressed in traditional clothing in an Indian ceremony (a red mark is put on your eyebrows and a scarf is wrapped around you). After that, you leave the front desk and go to a place that looks like a cafe to receive a guided tour of the building and pay your deposit (I think it was 5,000 rupees) by card. If there is nothing left, you will be returned. A handsome boy guides you to your room and you can enter safely. When I tried to give a tip to the waiter, he refused. It might have been the first time I was refused a tip in India lol You can see how professional they are. By the way, my luggage arrived about 20 minutes after I entered the room. The person received the tip properly lol I wonder if it depends on the person? I don't really understand why. The important thing is the service and facilities, which can be summed up in one word: as expected. It depends on the individual staff, but the service level is generally full of hospitality and is truly first-class. The room was filled with so many towels that I couldn't use them all, a high-powered hair dryer like those used in beauty salons, welcome fruit, free sweets (nuts, chocolate, etc.), luxury brand amenities, elegant bottled water, and the water pressure of the shower is high for India. However, it may feel a little weak for Japanese people. They offer incense on the way, which made a nice souvenir. At night, there is a night show in the pool area. I wasn't very interested, so I didn't go. The breakfast has dishes that I have never eaten in Japan, so it is fun just to look at them. During breakfast, the chef came to greet the table. I had only seen this on TV, so I was intimidated by this unexpected situation. I had some time before my airport transfer the next day, so I asked for a late check-in (paid), and it was free. I didn't know why, but I was grateful. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that my room was on the second floor, but I couldn't find the elevator. Well, it's fine since it's on the second floor, but even after asking the staff, they didn't really know, so I could only use the stairs. This is truly a wonderful hotel that represents 🇮🇳. The room I booked had no view, and the cheapest room was 35,000 yen. It was a good experience in many ways.

The service was excellent from start to finish and I was very satisfied with my stay. It is worth more than the price, so I recommend you to stay there at least once.
