stuffs are very attentive to guests’ needs. Facilities met my expectations. In room laundry machine, toaster, IH cooker, iron, cutlery, everything you need for long stay are prepared. Especially a stuff named Sumit’s quick response to my requests were impressive.

The room was clean enough and fine, washroom was very small. Check in was not smooth, was disturbed twice after being shown my room because they wouldn’t figure out what information they needed. There was no coffee in the kitchen in the morning and the property was advertised as having power back up but there was no electricity for at least 3 hours on saturday afternoon (when messaging to ask about this, i was ignored. During this time, i was asleep feeling unwell and housekeeping kept knocking on the door to try to get in the room. I requested for a later check out as i was having a bad migraine and i was simply told no. All of these things are very disappointing for the cost of the booking, i don’t feel like anyone really cared about the experience that a guest would have.

Had a lovely time with family. Very neat and clean place with absolute value for money. Stayed in their 2bhk. Perfect for a family of 4 adults + kids

I was unable to find the apartment. Instruction was not available at all on how and where to go. Had to find another place to stay late at night. Horrible experience used google map etc but still of no good use. The contact number provided was also not reachable and no guidance at all. Plus I did not get the refund either.

They charged 7000 Rs a night instead of 4400 Rs , One can stay in Hotel at a lesser price than their exhorted itnay charges of 7000 Rs a night . No services at all , no reception , no one to call for any help , on the contrary The caretaker brings ***** his friends and uses the same kitchen and dining area for his own dinner and breakfast , Which was supposedly to be used by the Guests . And then demands the Guests that since we dine hear everyday , the Guests should sit in the room

Easily accessible, prime location, clean rooms, great service, peaceful, comfortable. We were two couples and booked a 2bhk service apartment. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely come back.
