I already read the staff reviews but since there was no option i went with it and it turned out very bad. I was provided room with leaky jet spray and when i reached reception with this issue the manager who is aged among rest, where specks as well spoke to me in a very rude manner. He said these are small things and I can’t provide any other room, if you want you can checkout. Since, this happened in half an hour of checkin I said okay please provide me refund I will leave, the aged uncle with specks in a very angry tone said there will be no refund as you have checked in. I continued my stay with that noisy leaky jet spray and while checking out i was shocked as well. When i came down the same manager was yelling at a customer and in the verbal fight he also said why don’t you book other hotels. I was literally shocked and terrified after hearing this, how does the owners entertain such managers. The aged manager with specks is really unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak and behave as well with customers. I have attached the broken jet spray video as well for your reference. Don’t know why Fab is not taking action even after so many negative reviews on staff behaviour
