Saina Resort

No food available at 9 pm. No water at 8am the next day. Geyser is not working. I clearly informed that i need gst invoice to claim before i checked in. They agreed and next day the other guy said that he is facing network issues so will mail me signed copy. Later in the afternoon he says he will not give and asked me to speak to makemytrip. Unclean and very bad hospitality

My check in was at 12pm but i reached at 3 pm. Then hotel staff told us that hotel rooms are full but no one informed us from mm t side about the hotel is full even after the 3 to 4 hours of my check in time.

It was a family get together, we were around 14 adults and 3 kids. The charges taken from us were Rs.950 per head which included breakfast, lunch and evening snack & 1 ac room. The reason the title says pathetic is due to following things. 1) It is not elderly friendly so please don't take older people as they might trip on uneven roads. 2) extremely bad food to start with breakfast, the idli was rock hard , the chutney had a stale stink and poha was beyond edible limit. 3) Lunch was equally bad and each dish 2 veg , 2 non veg , dal , roti and rice were competing with other as which one was worst than other. Saving grace was the gulab jam which was decent. 4) As everyone protested at lunch they managed to salvage the evening snack the humble wada. 5) if you are allergic to chlorine or bleach please don't dare enter the water as you will be really in bad shape as there is no control on the added chemicals to water. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF.
