Location: Our apartments are located in prime areas and amongst them in prime buildings. We make sure that hygiene is at its best not only in our apartments but also in the buildings where apartments are located.

Property Facilities: We understand that while deciding between serviced apartments and hotels, your most important concern is safety. The buildings where apartments are located; have security personnel deployed round the clock. On top of it all, our staff has been verified for their background, and they are our trusted people. We take pride in mentioning that our Employee Retention is almost at 90%. We do not believe in once-a-day housekeeping service. Our Housekeeping staff is available from 7.30 a.m. in the morning until 10.00 pm. Many of our customers are families with children in the apartment; we understand that regular cleaning is required in such cases. The apartments undergo periodic pest- control to keep them free of insects. Your bed and bath linen is changed daily, and clean purified

potable water is provided.
