Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The Oberoi is an institution in Mumbai. All Oberoi hotels have a calm welcoming atmosphere and a distinctive scent in the lobby. The only issue is the hotel charges INR 1 for releasing credit card pre-authorizations - a small amount but it’s the principle of charging for providing nothing.

Really great service where check in was done in the room and reception staff were great. Room was ok too and the soundproofing was probably one of the best amongst all 5-star hotels in Mumbai. Breakfast at the lounge is mainly by ordering from the menu (which has a relatively wide selection). Gym was quite well equipped too. Overall a good stay, although its a little more costlier than the other 5star hotels for the room size.

It was such a great experience at the hotel. I have always been at the hotel but this stay was made customized. Kudos to Sultana she is till date the best hire of the company. Nothing can beat her extravagant nature and confidence smile always. Thank you for making me feel home away from home.

We had a magical stay here in a Bay View Suite with access to the Resident's Lounge. ( drinks and snacks from 6.30 pm daily ) Special thanks to all the team who, without exception, met us with a smile and looked after our every need. Excellent leadership, and I would highly recommend a stay. Pillows embroidered with our names on them - chocolates in our room shaped like the Mumbai cityscape and a location second to none.Great gym.
