Shabby and dirty!
We had booked 2 executive rooms, which look very luxurious in the photos and must be considering the price. unfortunately I cannot place both rooms under this category.
The bathroom ceiling is almost falling apart and is full of mold. very unpleasant and unsafe to shower in it. Behind the window I looked at all kinds of pipes and 2 air conditioning blocks. I told them that this is not the intention, but they think it is normal. The curtains are almost falling apart. The window was so dirty you could barely see through it. At my request they did some cleaning, but it still wasn't really clean. It is logical that it has not been cleaned for a long time, it seems as if the rooms are cleaned at a rapid pace and the details are skipped, the bathroom mirror was not visible. The beds were good and the bath towels did not smell fresh. There is all kinds of junk and large open garbage bins in the hallway. So hygiene is hard to find here. The facilities offered according to room details are also incorrect, such as that the room is cleaned every day, but we did not see any cleaning during our 3-day stay! No lounge chair, tea/coffee pot, kettle, tea bag. We received 1 small bottle of water on the 1st day after asking.
It's really not worth the price they ask. I have previously booked cheaper rooms in India, simple but clean. The hotel name is also incorrect, it is called hotel kornak and belongs to Oyo group. The photos shown to you on the website do not look at all like they are in real life!!!!!!
Dear Trip.com
do you check the rooms you offer!!
