Hotel is ok for one night stay.

We booked it as this was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. So all we wanted was a place to have dinner and sleep. The location is good. The rooms have been newly furnished and were small but clean. Food was decent and priced ok. It was going fine but right around 2 AM while we were asleep the housekeeping guy tried to open the room and enter. When we shouted from inside he apologized and left . Called the reception, the guy first said that they didn't know that the room was occupied. Later they said he accidentally went into the wrong room. No idea what, but we could sleep after and were sleep deprived for an early morning flight. Could be an honest mistake(hence not a 1 star) but yeah I will avoid going forward.

First of all, there was no water when water in the bathroom when we reached there, they said that water will come at 7 in the evening, till that time they only provided a water can. I had booked a room for a bathtub, but they informed that we can not use it due to water scarcity. I paid extra amount for this facility which I cannot use and they didn't compensate it with anything. Secondly, they didn't even provide complimentary drinking water, after enquring, they provided after an hour after multiple follow up. Same thing happened for food, a single starter they took 1 hour to bring it after multiple follow up. I had requested a taxi to the airport which was also not done. I did it by myself at 3 am in the morning. I have never had such a bad experience in any Hotel around the world.

The property is very good and it's nearby marol nakal metro station and rooms are very clean and cozy. In the room there is a hair dryer and a big size TV and the bed is also very cozy
