This is not tourist area. Its is business area and school and university. If you not looking for tourist area, this is really good location. Room condition is really good compare to price. If you want to meet someone, this location is the best!

The description wasn’t fully clear. While the property was in good condition and it was a nice apartment, you don’t get a key to the front door and have to be let in every time. The property manager is not always around and sometimes you have to work around their schedule when returning to the property which is very inconvenient.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Powai and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals together. The living area was cozy, perfect for family gatherings after a day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend this apartment for families looking for a home away from home in Powai.
