This is easily the worst hotel I have ever seen Room of 3 to 3.5m square, shared shower but which did not work (neither cold nor hot water), nor towel. In addition check out no later than 9am. It's worth 1.5 out of 5 at the most.

The worst stay i ever have in my life. The manager in liberty hotel he is arrogant and cheated us. The room is like dust bin. They treated us like beggars. I had a trust in makemy trip. So i prefer this during my journeys. But after this i lost the trust. Anyway please try to avoid these type rooms. And our humble request is dont try to promote liberty hotel mumbai. It means u are not giving respect to your customers. Hope u will give good facilities for my upcoming journeys.
