Good Hotel with spacious Rooms. Good staff. clean and hygienic space. Quiet and cozy place. Feels like home. They serve Good food. Definitely a value for money kinda place. I have recommended to others. Location wise it's very good. Very convenient for airport and nesco.

Absolutely terrible experience Cab not allowed to come to hotel so had to walk with luggage Ordered jeera rice and rice had cinnamon and was not fluffy and dal was watery I was told breakfast will come after 830 where nowhere it says that on website Any breakfast starts at 630 to 10 in all hotels Tea came spilled on plate Breakfast i gave 6 reminders for simple bread butter Close this hotel and remove from app listings

Stay was amazing...all amenities and food was too good and very tasty.... hotel atmosphere was also good...staff was very helpful...I want to reffer my all frnds and neighborhood... owner behaviour very polite............ thanks for everything...see u again

We had a great experience in the entire booking process and our stay. The place location, room maintenance and cleanliness are excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention of Ms Dipika Awasthi who manages superbly. Recommend this place highly for a comfortable stay, especially, for your business visits.

The rooms were very good and clean and bathrooms were also quite good. and the booking experience was also quite easy. The hotel staff was also quite good and cooperative. Will always look forward to stay here only whenever we visit Mumbai. The hotel rooms and cleanliness. the hotel staff .

Repurposed sports complex accommodation. Not a hotel. No signage so is so hard to find even for the taxi drivers. No access to swimming pool or gym by 'hotel' guests, don't be fooled by hotel sites stating the pool is 'closed' Way overpriced. No restaurant room service only...but where is the kitchen? . Staff ok

Sold as Country Inn & Suites by UMRB. Misleading as it is Turtle Hotel. There is no access to pool or gym. This is not a purpose built hotel but a recommissiones government facility. No signage outside hotel makes it hard for taxi/uber to find. No restaurant only in room service. Bedroom size ok. Fridge good. But nothing on balcony except pigeon crap. The elevators are broken. The stairs haven't been cleaned in years. Terrible would not return Staff ok

Rooms is very neat and clean Staff is Very supportive. Near by Atmosphere is very pleasant, Public Transport is very near including Metro. Most preferable hotal for every one. location is very good near metro station
